Care & storage

Oven-safe to 400 degrees. Hand-wash only, please. Dishwasher use is not recommended, as it may shorten the life of the non-stick coating in your pan.

Test kitchen tips

Place the pan on a baking sheet before filling it for easy transfer to the oven; the baking sheet will keep the pan from tipping or wobbling, and support the pan as it bakes.
